Wholesale SMS Hub · Est. 2026 · The VICICore family

An SMS hub that ships frames, not slides.

VICISMS is a wholesale SMS operation. We move A2P and P2P traffic across 250+ networks, grade every route, and answer the phone when something breaks at 03:00.

§ 02 — Audiences

Two audiences, one hub.

The same edge that delivers 200M OTPs a month for app developers is the same edge that accepts SMPP binds from carriers swapping traffic regionally. Different conversations, same operation.

i.

For carriers & aggregators

SMPP 3.4 over IPSec or private circuit. Every route graded on observed SR, latency variance, and error attribution. Hub & swap arrangements available where our mix complements yours.

Talk to traffic engineering — typical evaluation is one week of test traffic before any commercial commit.

See carrier services
ii.

For A2P senders

HTTP REST and bulk APIs for transactional and marketing traffic. Sender-ID provisioning in 60+ regulated countries (DLT / SDP / TRA / NTRA). DLR webhooks, HMAC-signed and retried on 5xx.

OTP, 2FA, alerts, two-way — sub-second on direct routes, regulator-clean on the rest.

§ 03 — Coverage

Coverage where you actually send.

42networks

Across 7 regions, weekly inventory.

27grade A

Direct or near-direct routes; full error attribution.

~412ms · P95

DLR latency on direct routes, last 5 minutes.

§ 04 — Why VICISMS

An entry from the engineering log

We sell traffic, not slides.

SMS is unsexy. The work is in route discipline, fraud filtering, and showing your math to the customer. That's the entire job. Three things we do differently:

01 · Quality control

Routes get graded, not just listed.

Every route carries an A / B / C grade based on observed SR, latency variance, and error attribution per network. Pin or exclude grades per traffic stream — it's a setting, not a sales call.

02 · Throughput

TPS is a contract clause.

Per-customer throughput is pinned in the agreement, with 4× peak headroom by region and dual-AZ + cross-region failover behind every commitment.

03 · Roadmap

Coming to VICIPanel.

SMS campaigns inside the dialer console, billed at our wholesale rates — quietly on the roadmap, no breathless press release. Talk to us about timing.

“If a wholesale provider can't tell you why a route went C-grade last Tuesday, you don't have a wholesale provider — you have a reseller.”
— Lifted from a NOC channel, 03:14 UTC

§ 05 — Next step

Get a rate sheet in one business day.

Volume-aware pricing, route-quality options, and a real human on the other end. Tell us what you need to send; we'll come back with what it would cost.
